Digital banking leader Avalog has announced the launch of a platform for fintechs.

The Switzerland-based company develops and provides software for core banking, including its Avaloq Banking Suite.

On Tuesday, it launched avaloq.one, which operates with application program interfaces (APIs) so that fintechs can make their products open and available industry wide.

Described as an ecosystem that “connects fintechs to banks”, avalog.one says it allows financial technology companies to “integrate with a market leading banking platform and create a showcase to demo a myriad of customer banks”.

Avaloq works with around 150 banks across the globe so it offers fintechs access to a variety of institutions via its new platform.
