Chase UK's Kuba Fast Moves to New Banking Role at Revolut

Ex-Chase UK CEO Kuba Fast has joined Revolut as a Banking Executive. His new role will see him focus on Revolutās European banking operations.
The news comes shortly after the fintech leader announced his departure from JPMorgan Chase after seven successful years.
Kuba started at JPMorgan as Managing Director for the International Consumer department before working his way up to become CEO for Chase UK in May 2024.
Additionally, Kuba was also CEO of JPMorgan Europe. He describes his time there as being a āonce-in-a-lifetime adventure: building a bank from a PowerPoint slide to an institution serving millions of customers in the UKā.
His prior experience includes senior positions at a Polish bank, mBank S.A.
The international experience Kuba has gained across his career puts him in a strong position as he begins his new role.
Spanish business journal Expansion reports that Kuba will be leading the Eastern Europe sector as Revolut marches on with its plans for hitting 100 markets and, crucially, 100 million customers.
Kuba says: āDespite already being one of the largest retail banks in the EU by customer count, Revolut still has massive potential across customer growth, product expansion and relationship deepening.
āIt's also the first institution to achieve the holy grail of every digital banking effort I was part of: it truly masters cross-border banking at scale.
āIām very much looking forward to being a part of this journey.ā
