FNZ Appoints David Moss to Lead Global Product Strategy

Global wealth management platform FNZ has appointed David Moss as its new Group Chief Product Officer as the company expands its technology-led wealth infrastructure across North America.
Based in New York City, David takes responsibility for steering FNZ’s global product vision and accelerating the delivery of modular solutions across the wealth management sector.
In the role, he joins the executive committee and reports directly to Roman Regelman, Group President of FNZ.
The appointment comes as FNZ experiences growing demand for its AI-enabled, end-to-end infrastructure in the US and Canada.
FNZ provides an end-to-end wealth management platform that integrates technology, business operations and investment infrastructure into one system. The platform supports financial institutions with adviser tools, asset management distribution, trade and post-trade services and securities services.
Its digital-first structure allows firms to modernise systems through modular components instead of replacing entire operating environments at once.
FNZ is expanding its North American wealthtech strategy
The North American wealth management sector increasingly adopts fintech infrastructure to replace legacy systems that often create operational complexity and slower service delivery.
FNZ positions its platform around modular technology architecture, allowing institutions to integrate selected services into existing operations. This approach supports financial firms looking to modernise wealth operations without undertaking full-scale system rebuilds.
Roman Regelman, Group President of FNZ notes: "David's appointment marks an important step in the evolution of FNZ's product strategy and reflects our ambition in the US.
“David brings deep financial services experience, proven product and strategy leadership, and a strong understanding of the challenges facing complex financial institutions.
"His leadership will be critical as we continue to build our global presence and deliver the next generation of modular, technology-led solutions for our clients.”
FNZ’s platform combines wealth operations with investment infrastructure, helping institutions manage adviser workflows, administration and customer servicing through one operating environment.
The company also focuses on automation to reduce operational workloads and improve efficiency across back-office functions.
David Moss brings institutional financial services experience
David joins FNZ with more than two decades of experience across wealth services, asset management, securities services and capital markets.
Before joining FNZ, he works at BNY, where he holds senior leadership roles spanning corporate strategy, client management and wealth operations. Earlier in his career, he also holds global leadership positions at Citi and McKinsey & Co.
His experience across financial institutions and strategic operations positions him to oversee FNZ’s product roadmap as firms continue to adopt scalable digital tools.
The company increasingly focuses on technology systems that support adviser productivity while helping institutions manage regulatory and operational demands across multiple markets.
David Moss, Chief Product Officer at FNZ explains: “I'm excited to help lead FNZ's product strategy as we scale our global platform and deepen our presence in North America.
“I look forward to working with our clients and FNZ's product, technology and operations teams to continue delivering innovative, modular solutions that help financial institutions modernise, grow and better serve advisors and end clients.”
The appointment also supports FNZ’s wider global expansion strategy as the company continues to increase its presence across wealth management markets.
A focus on global wealth infrastructure
FNZ currently operates as a regulated financial institution supporting more than US$2.4tn in assets on its platform.
The company partners with tier-one financial institutions and services nearly 30 million people across multiple wealth segments globally.
With David leading product strategy, FNZ continues to develop digital capabilities aimed at supporting cross-border growth and platform scalability.
FNZ also focuses on reducing operational complexity through automation and integrated infrastructure. The company says this approach minimises costs, improves adviser productivity and supports more personalised investor experiences.
Its international strategy extends beyond North America, with New Zealand remaining an important market for the business.
The development follows FNZ’s launch of FNZ Select, a premium service proposition designed for strategically important clients.
FirstCape becomes one of the first organisations to use the platform, strengthening the long-standing partnership between the two companies.
FNZ and FirstCape also expand their relationship earlier in May, with both organisations focusing on the development of wealthtech platforms in New Zealand.
